Reservations & Cancellations

We will do our best to accommodate you and your group but reservations are highly suggested.
Full payment is required with your reservation.
Reservations and payment in full should be made well in advance but no later than one week prior the date of your trip.
Every effort will be made to accommodate those individuals making a last minute decision to spend a day on the river, but those with reservations are always given priority.

Refunds will not be provided for individuals or groups that fail to show up for their scheduled river trip.
A two week notice is required for a full refund.
We understand that sometimes unplanned events occur… If you are late for your scheduled trip, we will make every effort to accommodate you and your group once you arrive.
